Techline Furniture Hardware Standards

  1. Flush Overlay Design: Fronts overlap case sides, top and bottom to create a crisp classic look easy to clean and maintain.
  2. Construction: 3/4″ laminated panels of 45-lb Industrial grade particleboard with vertical grade high pressure laminate on exposed surfaces and thermofused melamine on non-exposed surfaces.
  3. Edges: Door, drawer and countertop edges are 1.4mm PVC with a 2mm radiused edge.
  4. Drawers: 3/4″ laminated high pressure fronts with 5/8″ laminated melamine panels making up drawer box. 1/4″ melamine laminated bottom.
    Drawer slides are steel ball-bearing cradles. All 12″ deep drawers are full extension with built-in file rails.
  5. Doors: Laminated with vertical grade high pressure laminate on both sides. Blum 6-way adjustable.
    All hinges have quick release mechanism.
  6. Shelves: 3/4″ particleboard laminated both sides with high pressure laminate and held in place with positive locking shelf pins.
  7. Backs: One-piece 1/4″ particleboard let in a dado groove and laminated front and back with 3/4″ screw strips for rigid attachment to wall.
  8. Pulls: 8mm (5/16″ solid wire pulls on 96mm centers finished nickel or epoxy powder coating.
  9. Connectors: Cabinets connect with threaded male/femal connectors for ease of installation.  Installation hardware provided for attachment to studs or blocking. Scribes and fillers necessary to provide tight fit.
  10. Base: Cabinets install on common base for extended runs or individual plinth bases for funished installation. Laminate finish or unfinished.
  11. Packaging: Each unit covered with heavy duty plastic shrink wrap with corner protectors to prevent damage during shipment, delivery and handling.
  1. Door Hinge: CLIP top 120˚ concealed hinge, nickel plated Blum #7175550 (cut sheet included).
  2. Door Hinge, option: CLIP top 170˚ concealed hinge, nickel plated Blum #71T6550 (cut sheet included).
  3. Door and Drawer Pulls: Hettich International ProDecor handle collection 323033 matte nickel plated (cut sheet included).
  4. Door and Drawer Locks: CompX Timberline, five-pin tumbler, re-keyable (cut sheets included, depending upon application)
  5. Drawer Slides: Royal Hardware full-extension, side mount, ball-bearing, 100-pound rating 33038 (cut sheet included).\
  6. File Drawer Slides: Royal Hardware full-extension, side mount, ball-bearing 150-pound rating #2030A (cut sheet included).
  7. Lateral file Drawer Slides: Royal Hardware full-extension, side mount, ball-bearing, 150-pound rating #2040A (cut sheet included).
  8. File Frame System: CompX Timberline (cut sheets included).
